- The laboratory roll mill is a compact machine for mixing all types of plastic and rubber material. The machine is successfully used for research, development and quality control.
- The Laboratory Roll Mills are available in different roll diameters. The basic machine allows mixing under constant working conditions. Customer requirements can be met with numbers of options.
- Uniform temperature distribution across rollers
- Individual adjustable roller speed with digital RPM read out to set different friction ratios.
- Heating of the Rolls is provided electrically with Long-Life-Cartridges.

- Element covered by SS case for protection & long operation.

- The motor driven system is equipped with the limit switch actuated for emergency stop. (Situated at knee level in front of the machine)
- Power Requirement: 415 V AC, 50 Hz Three Phase + Neutral + proper earthing is required.
- Available in both fix and variable speed model.
- Operating Panel Combination of touch screen and PLC-control allows comfortable operation of the machine.
Note: Two roll mill also available for rubber application with water cooling arrangement.
Areas of Application- Two Roll Mixing Mills are widely used for Mixing and Kneading raw rubber, Synthetic rubber, Thermoplastics or EVA with chemicals into even materials.
- Polymer like LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, PS, ABS, HIPS, Natural Rubber, EVA etc. can be tested.
